Natalia McGregor is an Environment and Sustainability Professional with a wide range of experience working with corporate businesses, industry and construction projects. Natalia has lived and worked in QLD, WA, NT and NSW and brings a diverse skill set and a holistic and strategic understanding of sustainability. Natalia has a Masters in Sustainability and Climate Policy, a Grad Cert in Natural Resource Management and a Bachelor (Hons) in Environmental Science and Zoology.
David has significant experience in climate change adaptation, having co-developed and applied a variety of tools and approaches to support effective responses to climate change. He has delivered many risk-based climate change adaptation projects around Australia for the government and private sectors. He has a background in coastal and estuarine management, and a strong interest in the use of science and research to underpin policy and decision making. David is a Non-Executive Director of Green Cross Australia and an Adjunct Professor at Griffith University.

Jackson is the Director of Biofuel and Hydrogen Investment at the Queensland Department of State Development, Manufacturing, Infrastructure and Planning
His post-graduate studies in biotechnology lead to a varied career in bio-pharmaceutical manufacturing, wine making, and for the past decade, trade and investment roles in government. His career has seen him work in London, Los Angeles, and Japan.
Jackson played a pivotal role in the development of Southern Oil’s $80M lubricant oil recycling refinery in Gladstone, and he partnered with Virgin Australia on a project to pioneer Australia’s first domestic use of an aviation biofuel at Brisbane Airport.
After graduating from the University of California at Berkeley, Ned worked as a City Planner in both Los Angeles and San Francisco managing projects such as Sunset Boulevard Specific Plan and Euro-Disney outside of Paris. While undertaking his master degree at Cornell University, Ned focused his design research in master planning sustainable communities in New York and California. On returning to Australia he became a Lecture in Urban Planning at QUT. Ned joined Gold Coast City Council working as the Coordinator of Urban Designer and the Environmental Planning and Conservation, where he developed policy to protect endangered flora and fauna. For the past nine years, Ned has returned to academia undertaking applied research at Bond University. His current research interest includes: Sustainable development practices, Environmental Offset policy and Land Use Science. Ned also runs a consultancy providing planning advice for the Northern NSW Joint Regional Planning Panel and other local government land use strategies.

Triona is currently managing Alumni & Giving at Southern Cross University. Throughout her career, Triona has held esteemed positions at iconic brands including, One Young World, Sportsgirl, Ella Bachè, TAFE NSW, and Laureate International Universities.
